Bouquet Subscription Details
Why would I buy a bloom subscription when I can just get flowers from your stand?
While both the subscription and weekly market bouquets are filled with fresh, locally grown blooms, the subscription offers several added benefits:
Maximum Vase Life
Subscribers receive the freshest cuts possible. I typically harvest the morning of your pickup and design your bouquet just for you. These are stored in a flower cooler, then placed in ice water on a shaded porch to ensure optimal freshness.
In contrast, market bouquets are displayed on the self-serve stand, where they are exposed to heat and weather throughout the day. While I keep them in fresh water and shaded as best I can, summer conditions can shorten their vase life. I always recommend early pickup for market bouquets, but subscribers get the VIP treatment with carefully controlled storage.Access to Supreme Varieties
I grow several exclusive and patented varieties that are reserved for subscribers first. These are blooms that have only recently been released to flower farmers and are not available in stores. They will only appear in market bouquets if there are extras.More Stems, More Value
Subscriber bouquets are fuller, with more focal flowers and more stems than market bouquets. They’re designed to feel premium and lush—a true seasonal showcase.Personal Touch & Subscriber Perks
I often include surprise elements for subscribers: bonus stems, special seasonal varieties, or even small treats. It’s my way of saying thanks and making each bouquet feel personal. Subscribers also enjoy early access and special discounts on seeds, dahlia tubers, plants, and honey supply—as well as top priority for last-minute flower requests.Convenience & Peace of Mind
With a subscription, you know your bouquet is reserved just for you. No need to worry about whether the stand is sold out or rush to get there early.Flexible Pickup Options
We work out pickup timing among all subscribers to find what works best for the group. Most people choose Thursdays, either between 11am–1pm or 5pm–7pm. A week before the first pickup, I send out a communication so everyone knows when the subscription will officially start (typically sometime in July). You’ll get plenty of notice!Choose a Plan That Works for You
Depending on the seasonal subscription, you can choose a 4-week or a 6-week subscription. Both run on consecutive weeks and are a great way to enjoy fresh, seasonal flowers on a regular basis.
How do I give the subscription as a gift?
There are 2 ways to give a bouquet subscription as a gift.
Option 1: Purchase a bouquet subscription and include the RECEIPENT’S information when ordering (this is for pick up info only). Then send an email to HoneyLushBlooms@gmail.com with your order information and I will mail you a custom gift certificate to print as a tangible gift.
Option 2: Purchase the gift wrapping upgrade when you place your bouquet subscription order. This beautifully assembled gift includes a personalized card with bouquet subscription details, 3 HoneyLush bloom specialty cut flowers seed packets to grow at home (varieties will vary), and 4 oz jar of HLB honey harvested this fall and finished with a luxurious satin bow. This option can be shipped using USPS or picked up at the HLB property. If you select pick up, please send an email to HoneyLushBlooms@gmail.com with your order information to arrange pick up time. Please give 3 days for assembly.
How do I pick up the bouquet each week?
I will have a dedicated time slot that will be communicated prior to the start of your subscription. The bouquet would be picked up during the same time slot each week. If you are unable to pick up, you are welcome to send someone else on your behalf. If you will be out of town, feel free to share that week's bouquet with a friend and have them pick it up. Bouquets will be held for one day past the pickup end time (in case you forget) but will then be donated. I will send a weekly email & a text reminder prior to the time slot.
Where will pickups be?
Pickups for spring & tulip subscriptions will be at the same location as the HoneyLush Blooms farm stand in Lansdale, PA. Exact process and address will be communicated to you before the subscription starts.
Summer & Fall subscriptions can be picked up at either the HoneyLush Blooms property at the date/time communicated or the Horsham Farmers Market on Sundays. Reminder emails will be sent each week.
How do I know when the subscription begins?
Our season is dictated by the weather. The start of the spring subscriptions will depend on the progress of the spring flowers. All start dates will be communicated to members by email before the start date.
Could I share a subscription with a friend?
Absolutely! If you think weekly flowers might be too much for you (I promise you won't be able to get enough), you are welcome to split a subscription with a friend and take turns picking up each week!
